Report: Startup Buzz - Hyderabad Edition - August 29, 2009

The Startup Buzz - Hyderabad edition was a grand and successful event. The event turned out to be a powerful platform for companies to showcase their innovate products and ideas. Further, it was a great opportunity for the investors and young entrepreneurs to interact.

Sri. KomatiReddy Venkat Reddy, Hon. minister for IT, Communications, youth services and Sports, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh inaugurated the function on August 29, 2009. More than 25 companies participated in the event. Startup Buzz attracted hundreds of visitors from cross India.

While entrepreneurs relished the idea of showcasing their innovative products and ideas; venture capitalists also had the opportunity to share their ideas with the rest of the participating groups.

Idea Buzz was an innovative idea from Startup Buzz, where the young talents got the chance to present their innovative ideas to investors and others. These kinds of platforms are essential to bring out the best talents and see the growth of a young entrepreneur group in India, which eventually will take the nation forward.

Ventures investors like Nexus India Capital, GVFL and Venture East participated in the group. Mediafirst Group and Management next were the media partners and itzmag.com, the online media partner. Microsoft supported the event and GSG Technologies, IndiaGeni and Veggi Bazaar were the associate sponsors.

Dr.JayaPrakash Narayan MLA,President For Loksatta Party; Dr. T.H. Chowdary, Director of Centre for Telecommunications Management and Studies attended the closing ceremony. Participant organizations were presented with certificates and mementos.

Startup Buzz, was thus, to the cheer of participants and organizers, a grand function, involved in promoting the young entrepreneur group with innovative ideas.
